2011 Summer Camp Schedule
We welcome children and adults throughout the summer months. There are week long residential camps for kids, day camps and even a camp for mothers and their children.
But with all the camps, our great activities remain constant - climbing wall, kayaking, camping, crafts, Bible study, wilderness exploration, outdoor games, archery, swimming, campfires, singing, and outdoor cooking. And we're continuing to develop our facilities so more fun, more events, and more retreats can happen year round!
Why not come out this summer as we have more fun than you can "shake a stick at" and learn about our great God! You won't forget it!
Here's our schedule for 2011!
June 27 - 30
Camp Kick-Off Nights:
Monday - Navigator, Ages 5-7, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Tuesday - Seafarers, Ages 8-9, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Wednesday - Explorers, Ages 10-12, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Thursday - Teens, Ages 13 - 17, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Cost for all camp kick-off nights is FREE
July 4 - July 8
Daily Vacation Bible Adventure
9:00 am to noon daily for ages 4 to 11
Closing for all family and friends, 11:45 AM on Friday, Tuck shop open after closing
NO COST, but there will be a mission offering on Friday
July 10- 15
Seafarers Camp for ages 8 and 9
Cost: $200 + tuck money, Sunday Drop-off: 4 PM, Friday Pick-up: 4 PM
July 17 - 22
Explorers Camp for ages 10-12
Cost: $200 + tuck money, Sunday Drop-off: 4 PM, Friday Pick-up: 4 PM
July 24 - 26
Navigator I Day Camp for ages 5-7
Cost: $100 + tuck money, Sunday: 3-8 PM
Monday/Tuesday: 8 AM-7 PM
July 27 - 29
Navigator II Overnight Camp for ages 5-7
Cost: $100 + tuck money ($25 discount if attended Nav. I)
Wednesday Drop-off: 9 AM, Friday Pick-up: 4 PM
August 1 - 5
Basketball Day Camp, Ages 5-13
Camp Coordinator: Blake Bartlett
9 AM - 2 PM each day
Cost: $25/child
August 7 - 12
Teen Camp, Ages 13-17
Cost: $200 + tuck money, Sunday Drop off: 4 PM, Friday Pick-up: 4 PM
*This summer at teen camp!* Experience the thrill of your first underwater breath at Edith Lank Memorial Christian Camp. In conjunction with Navy Island Dive Company, you can have the chance to experience SCUBA Diving. During Teen Camp, come and join instructors from Navy Island Dive Company to participate in a Discover SCUBA Diving program. This is a one day session where you will have the ability to try SCUBA Diving in the pool and experience the freedom of breathing underwater. Cost is $25.00 per person, and forms must be filled out and signed by parents of minors during registration.
August 15 - 19
Mother's Camp for all mothers and children ages 0 - 12
Cost: $125 + $20/child or $30/child not in same family, 9 AM-6 PM daily
Please note: The minimum age for a camp is based on the individual's age on December 31st 2011.
